Job summary

Canon Solutions America is seeking an entry-level Data/AI Analyst to evaluate AI models, data pipelines, and analytics across Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce. You will support Sales Leadership and Branch Administration by applying ML, forecasting, and data hygiene tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong MS Office and Power BI skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid office near Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Power BI.
• Detail oriented, articulate, and well-organized.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with project management and reporting.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
• Business acumen to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data requests and develop data management rules.
• Extract, cleanse, and update data from Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.
• Use ML models to detect duplicates across Salesforce and Oracle.
• Score and rank incoming prospect data using AI.
• Create reports and data extracts for business needs.
• Use AI tools to summarize data for management.
• Maintain data integrations between Salesforce and Oracle.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure data quality.
• Analyze sales territories to aid coverage planning.
• Apply AI forecasting to improve territory planning.
