Job summary

Workhuman in Framingham is seeking a Data Analyst for Customer Data Solutions to help shape the next generation of analytics. You will move beyond manual requests toward intelligent, self-service analytics and AI-assisted experiences for internal stakeholders and customers.

Hybrid work three days onsite. You will build data models, production-grade analytics, automate workflows, and partner with teams to transform how data is discovered and used.

Qualifications

• Experience querying, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience building production-grade data models; experience with dbt is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and business intuition.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on use of generative AI to analyze data, write code, automate workflows, or build new capabilities.
• Exposure to AI coding tools, AI-assisted analytics, conversational analytics, or similar emerging technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and project management skills and a highly collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Automate recurring analytic workflows and scale manual processes.
