Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in Human Capital operations, HCMS analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarly with and demonstrated interest in integrating AI tools into day-to-day business processes.
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCMS or comparable HCIS platform.

Responsibilities

• Enter and audit data in Workday for hires, departures, salary changes, promotions, and organizational changes.
• Support HC operations such as I-9, E-Verify, and visa processes; assist payroll validation and reconciliations.
• Manage the HC inbox and respond to employee questions; participate in audits and projects.
