Job summary

Workhuman in Framingham, MA is seeking a Data Analyst for Customer Data Solutions to help shape analytics for internal stakeholders and customers, moving from manual requests to self-service and AI-assisted experiences.

You will build production-grade data models, automate workflows, and collaborate across teams while applying SQL, dbt, and AI tools to deliver scalable insights and improve decision making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience building production-grade data models; experience with dbt is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and business intuition.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on use of generative AI, professionally or independently, to analyze data, write code, automate workflows, or build new capabilities.
• Exposure to AI coding tools, AI-assisted analytics, conversational analytics, or similar emerging technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and project management skills and a highly collaborative approach to problem-solving.
