Job summary

Mobility Global in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Client Advisor to leverage automotive data and provide actionable insights for OEM partners. You will act as the main client contact, translating data into strategic recommendations and guiding clients through our data solutions.

The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and proactive insights, collaborating with account, production, and product teams to meet client needs and drive success. Hybrid work supported; base salary ranges noted with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Marketing.
• Five to ten years automotive industry analysis experience in a marketing, sales, analytics or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Customer Service mindset – seeking to exceed customer expectations at every interaction.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights and tell stories with data.
• Ability to employ creative skills to design and develop visually impactful and informative data stories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client point-person to promote and support Mobility Global data solutions; Catalyst for Insight and the Loyalty Analytics Tool through automotive analysis and ad-hoc investigations.
• Understand customer questions and needs to offer data driven solutions and insights using Mobility Global data solutions.
• Develop meaningful summaries and business implications to various customer teams based on Mobility Global and client information.
• Assist in developing reports by collaborating with other Mobility Global members, including account teams, production and product development.
• Communicates customer needs/specifications, output and timing to project teams and other internal resources to ensure new development projects meet client needs.
• Train clients to use Mobility Global data solutions and work to increase client usage by demonstrating the value of our data and tools.
• Conveys Voice of Customer feedback to Mobility Global account teams and Product Management to ensure retention, growth, and new product enhancements.
