Omnicom Media in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced data scientist to join the Data Science team. You will translate client marketing challenges into data-driven insights using advanced analytics, ML methods, and clear visualizations.

You’ll collaborate with agency strategists, media buyers, and tech partners to design scalable solutions, run tests, and measure performance across campaigns while ensuring transparency and actionable outcomes. Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Advanced degree or bootcamp experience is preferred.
• Hands-on Python and SQL experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Experience managing analytics projects and data scientists.
• Direct exposure to client media, marketing, and analytics teams.

Responsabilités

• Translate client marketing challenges into data-driven insights and strategies.
• Plan and execute optimization and measurement plans with internal and external teams.
• Work with data from ad servers, DSPs, measurement partners, and other datasets to develop client solutions.
• Collaborate to build tools for analysis, ML transparency, visualization, and performance measurement.
