INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is searching for a Data Account Manager to join our Genesis team.

This contract role through the end of 2026 offers a hybrid work environment with three days in-office. The Data Account Manager will manage the client’s automotive data infrastructure and identity resolution initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client service.

Qualifikationen

• 6-8 years of experience in a client services function within a digital marketing, advertising or business-related field.
• Must have working-knowledge of identity resolution, data security principles and customer data management.

Aufgaben

• Work with the client daily to identify needs and expectations.
• Provide frequent and detailed updates to Account leadership to flag potential issues and proactively problem solve.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to access and define timelines, goals, and manage progress.
• Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary.
• Present/communicate progress and outcomes to clients and determine next steps.
• Coordinate internal and client reviews, update status documents, and schedule meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the client’s business including pricing, product, and channels.
• Oversee the efforts of junior staff.
