INNOCEAN USA in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks a freelance Influencer Manager to join our Hyundai team. This role blends strategy, creator partnerships, and campaigns across social platforms to drive brand storytelling and measurable impact.

Hybrid workplace—3 days in-office locally. You will own talent strategy, deals, and creator relationships, building an influencer ecosystem and driving end-to-end campaigns with strong collaboration across the agency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships experience.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creator economy trends.
• Experience with paid media amplification (boosting, whitelisting, dark posting).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Automotive or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with Hyundai brand pillars, launches, and cultural moments.
• Identify and vet creators across macro, micro, and emerging tiers with emphasis on culture and brand fit.
• Own end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Lead always-on and tentpole campaigns (vehicle launches, partnerships).
• Collaborate with creative, social, and media teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Partner with creators to develop authentic content and provide clear direction.
