Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate shipments to meet service targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement and 3PL.
• Monitor inventory and resolve delays to protect delivery performance.
• Prepare shipping documents and manage KPIs such as on-time delivery.
• Support finance on vendor payments and PO processing.
