Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes; conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Maintain organized candidate records and develop shortlists.
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
• Communicate recruitment updates and resolve scheduling issues.
• Support employer branding through job fairs and events.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
