Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a client in recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in the Buffalo Grove area. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and using SAP for order entries and quotes, with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (8am–5pm, Tue/Wed onsite, with remote options during renovation) and requires a High School diploma, at least 2 years of experience, and strong English

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of practical customer support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize and manage daily workload, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate across various functions within the organization to develop long-term solutions for customer concerns.
• Manage incoming inquiries through Salesforce mailboxes and queues, delivering timely responses.
• Execute SAP transactions such as order entry, status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
