Job summary

Qualifications

• Inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Flexibility with work schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.
• Must be camera-ready while working.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office programs; type at least 90 wpm.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
• Stay updated on protocols and work towards goals, including 70 daily contacts.
• Maintain SLAs for chats and phone inquiries under 45 seconds.
