Qualifications

• 0-2 years of inbound call center experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Flexible with work schedule and able to travel to the office for 50% of shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, and emails.
• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to devices and applications.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet service level targets.
• Stay updated on protocols and achieve 70 contacts daily.
• Ensure SLAs for chats and calls are met, with fast response times.
