Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• 2-3 years Customer Support Experience
• 1-2 years CRM Systems experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of order entry from cradle to grave with attention to accuracy
• Maintain customer pricing and document standard price deviations
• Demonstrate impeccable phone skills and professional communications with customers and sales team
• Support field sales with lead generation, qualification and follow-up, bids and quotes as needed
• Follow the sales process from lead generation to closure and account penetration
• Investigate, process and document returns and customer concerns, collaborating with managers
