Job summary

Radiation Detection Company in Georgetown, TX is seeking a versatile teammate to join the Radiant team. The role blends hardware operations with hands-on customer support, split roughly 60% in operations and 40% in onboarding and service.

You will assemble and ship hardware kits, ensure device labeling, and manage onboarding and ongoing account health for hospital and clinical customers. Strong CRM experience and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer support or onboarding, ideally in healthcare or regulated devices.
• Comfort troubleshooting connected devices and software at first-line level.
• Experience with a CRM or support platform and collaboration with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Act as first‑line support (email, some phone) and triage issues to resolution.
• Run hospital account onboarding, including IT/network setup and post‑install calls.
• Set up accounts in CRM systems and coordinate handoffs between teams.
• Own replacements, returns, and customer requests end to end.
• Track recurring issues and feed insights to product/engineering.
• Assemble Radiant hardware kits and ensure proper labeling and testing.
