Job summary

Proficiency with HubSpot Service Hub, NetSuite, and TalkDesk is preferred; candidates should be comfortable with hands-on tasks including lifting 25 lb shipments and assembling kits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in customer support or onboarding, ideally in healthcare or regulated/connected-device settings.
• Comfortable troubleshooting connected devices and software at a first-line level.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or support platform, including HubSpot Service Hub and TalkDesk.
• Strong operational follow-through and ability to close loops.
• Able to coordinate with engineering, operations, and leadership on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship Radiant hardware kits
• Act as first-line customer support via email and phone, triaging and resolving or escalating issues against service standards
• Run onboarding for hospital accounts, including IT readiness checks and installation coordination
• Set up accounts in HubSpot and NetSuite
• Manage handoffs between sales, installation, and support
• Own replacements, returns, and customer requests end to end
• Track recurring issues and communicate them to product and engineering
• Assemble Radiant kits, including flight case and foam preparation, serial number and device labeling
• Charge, pair, and test dosimeters according to the outgoing quality inspection procedure
• Log devices per kit and maintain clean, audit-ready records
• Prepare outbound shipments
• Work directly with the Founding Customer Success Lead while supporting the Radiant product as it scales
