Job summary

DH Pace Company is seeking a Full-time Customer Support Representative to join our Olathe, KS Contact Center. This in-office role offers a hybrid schedule after training, supporting residential and commercial customers with service and installation tickets and cross-team collaboration.

You will quote prices, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and update ERP records while meeting KPIs and seeking process improvements. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and create accurate service tickets for residential and commercial customers.
• Promote products and services, quoting accurate pricing when appropriate.
• Handle customer concerns with solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups as needed.
• Coordinate with Dispatch teams to prioritize and fulfill requests.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
• Meet personal/team KPI targets.
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies; look for process improvements.
• Work overtime or additional hours as required.
