You will triage incoming calls, understand customers' service needs, schedule the right solutions, and relay accurate information to our technicians. Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, or administrative work preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls from customers that require service or sales.
• Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule the appropriate service.
• Promote all products and services.
• Gather information from the customer to ensure accuracy for our technicians.
• Enter detailed information in the service ticket to help dispatchers match the best-qualified technician.
• Represent the company professionally with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers at all times.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
