Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Nationwide Service Team in Olathe, KS. You will triage incoming calls, coordinate service with customers and technicians, promote products and services, and ensure accurate service information is captured for dispatchers.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid schedules available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of customer service or administrative work preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls from customers that require service or sales and schedule the appropriate service.
• Promote all products and services offered by the company.
• Gather information from the customer to ensure accuracy for our technicians.
• Enter detailed information in the service ticket to help dispatchers match the best qualified technician to the customer's need.
• Represent the company in a professional manner with excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers regardless of circumstances.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
