Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Nationwide Service Team in Olathe, KS. You will triage incoming calls, coordinate service with customers and technicians, promote products and services, and ensure accurate service information is captured for dispatchers.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid schedules available.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a professional manner with excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers regardless of circumstances.

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our Nationwide Service Team in Olathe, KS. A customer service rep is responsible for helping customers understand their service needs, coordinating the right solutions, and ensuring technicians have the accurate information needed to provide excellent service.

The available work schedules are:

• Tuesday to Saturday 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Sunday to Thursday 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Friday to Monday 11:00am-10:00pm

Position overview:

• Triage incoming calls from customers that require service/sales. Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule the appropriate service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two (2) years of customer service experience, or administrative work preferred
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to re-prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient with technical applications, including Microsoft Office Suites
