Job summary

Mutualink, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Hartford-based team in a hybrid role.

You will implement education and training initiatives, conduct drills, and partner with sales, support and engineering to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of law enforcement, first responder, or military experience, plus strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5-10 years of law enforcement, first responder, or military experience required.
• Experience with NIMS/ICS is required.
• Strong communication, and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Foster customer relationships with internal teams and partners.
• Proactively communicate with customers to identify gaps and provide tips for system utilization.
• Coordinate with sales, support and engineering to deliver training and educate customers.
