Job summary

Mutualink Inc. in Hartford, CT is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive customer success, education, and training initiatives.

This is a full-time, hybrid role leveraging remote and on-site engagements with clients. You will implement and continuously improve education programs, conduct drills and tests, and collaborate with Client Solutions Executives to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of Mutualink's platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of law enforcement/first responder/military experience preferred.
• Experience with customer education and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Foster customer relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proactively communicate with customers to identify gaps and share best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials for various user levels.
• Coordinate training activities with Sales, Support, and Engineering.
• Schedule customer engagements to address needs and platform enhancements.
• Provide remote and/or on-site training support as needed.
