Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Customer Success Specialist to support customers in the business services industry by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Specialist serves as the primary contact for customers, helping address concerns and build strong client relationships.

This hybrid role in Durham, NC requires 3 days per week on-site with hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST; compensation is hourly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and service-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Educate customers on available services, processes, and account management tools.
• Meet established customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality metrics.
