Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to join a growing technology solutions and managed services organization. The Technical Customer Success Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and IT solutions through proactive support, technical consultation, and relationship management.

The role is a contract opportunity and requires on-site work one day per week in Morrisville, NC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, technical support, solutions consulting, or managed services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with Active Directory, identity management, and authentication technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, wireless networking, infrastructure troubleshooting, and virtual machines.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary technical point of contact. Conduct discovery sessions and provide technology recommendations aligned with customer goals.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives for products and services.
• Support Microsoft 365 deployments, cloud migrations, and security best-practice implementation.
• Assess customer environments and recommend cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and risk mitigation.
