Pentair is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Delavan, WI team, offering end-to-end customer support and a focus on sustainable water solutions. You will coordinate with distribution and sales, resolve issues by phone and email, and help drive revenue opportunities while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal activities and customer expectations to ensure Legendary Customer Service.
• Serve as primary contact for Pentair Distribution and Sales Network.
• Provide day-to-day problem resolution via telephone and email.
• Manage incoming email and respond within 24 hours.
• Coordinate information between customers and internal departments to meet expectations.
• Expedite orders with management and logistics; assist with container bookings.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships and ensure adequate call coverage.
