Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer support experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced alloys or engineered materials is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for customers for order management activities.
• Receive and process orders and inquiries from customers.
• Monitor order status and inform customers of changes to delivery requirements.
• Provide pricing, terms, and bid specs as required.
• Administer order entry, invoices, certifications and export paperwork.
