• Undergraduate degree in a relevant technical, material science or engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ related professional experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information of a technical nature.
• Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts to others.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relation-building skills.
• Experience in coaching and training team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work with international teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess account profitability and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth.
• Utilize industry knowledge and contacts to expand sales in defined markets.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to solve problems and gather insights.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors to establish territories, forecasts, quotes, quotas, incentives, and goals.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by tracking supply, demand, trends and competitors.
• Research and monitor market and competitive factors to capitalize on opportunities.
