BlastOne is seeking a driven Sales Support/Customer Operations & Administrative professional in a hybrid role. You will own inbound customer communication, manage orders from quote to delivery, and generate quotes for abrasive products and solutions, coordinating with sales, logistics, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound customer communication with urgency and professionalism.
• Process orders from entry to delivery and tracking.
• Generate and deliver quotes with pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate between customers, sales, logistics, and operations.
• Arrange transportation and delivery paths.
• Follow up on quotes and orders within 24 hours.
• Follow up after deliveries to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Identify and capture sales opportunities during inbound and follow-ups.
• Provide consultative product recommendations.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for visibility.
• Support onboarding and maintain office readiness.
• Step into operational gaps as needed.
