Job summary

Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (BCT) is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support inside and outside sales teams. You will handle inquiries for parts and service, process orders, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork. Epicor ERP and Salesforce experience are preferred, with HS diploma and 1–2 years in a similar setting. Enjoy benefits and a casual, veteran-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/office setting. Manufacturing experience or data entry is a plus.
• Previous experience with Epicor (ERP System) and Salesforce (CRM System) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Processes inquiries for parts, service, and new equipment. Creates and revises proposals in ERP system from emails, phone calls, and hand-written notes.
• Processes purchase orders received from internal and external customers.
• Provides order acknowledgment to customers.
• Monitors low stock and out-of-stock critical parts and communicates status to customer service team.
• Prioritize daily tasks and show ownership of quote and order process.
• Participates in all training and continuous improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure the completion and maintenance of all required paperwork, documentation, files, records, etc.
• Committed to upholding all safety rules, standards, procedures, and PPE requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
• Helps drive and support BCT’s Culture and Core Values.
