Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Aesthetics Customer Care Representative to provide frontline support for our 3PL customers. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and Salesforce cases, entering and tracking orders and coordinating returns to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The position is hybrid, with shifts 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST, based in the United States.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and Salesforce cases with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Process orders accurately and track them, including returns and delivery updates.
• Resolve account inquiries and issues within established SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account restrictions or licensing needs.
