Veritiv Corp in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Customer Solutions Professional to foster loyalty by handling orders, addressing inquiries, and tailoring services to meet customer needs. This hybrid role is based out of our Fairfield office.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, maintain Salesforce customer data, and support training for new hires. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience are preferred; Salesforce experience is advantageous.

Formación

• 3–5 years of related customer solutions or order management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary responder for customer inquiries and grievances.
• Address and rectify issues related to pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping.
• Navigate company systems to independently resolve concerns.
• Offer proactive and efficient service to all customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Enhance customer retention by anticipating and meeting evolving needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to order entry protocols.
• Build relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and more.
• Keep customer account details current within Salesforce.
• Contribute to training and development of new hires through job shadowing.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as required.
