Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related job experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary responder for customer inquiries and grievances.
• Address pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping issues.
• Navigate systems to resolve concerns independently.
• Provide proactive, high-quality service to maintain satisfaction.
