Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate for a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA. The position focuses on optimizing orders, driving efficiency, and minimizing waste throughout the Order to Cash process, acting as the primary customer contact and advocate.

The role requires coordination across teams to resolve order issues, returns processing, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in any setting.
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and submit orders on behalf of customers.
• Identify and resolve demand capture failures within defined SLA.
• Monitor open orders according to the Daily Activity Schedule and ensure cadence.
• Collaborate with customers or cross-functional partners to resolve blocked orders within SLA.
• Optimize orders for logistical efficiency (payload, grouping, or splitting).
• Contact customers regarding Out of Stock or Stock Allocation issues.
• Coordinate with Order Fulfillment to resolve issues preventing delivery notes.
• Capture, create, and register all return requests.
• Validate returned products and documentation for credit/debit analysis.
• Coordinate destruction or donation of goods when returns are not warranted.
• Ensure refusals have correct pricing and order reasons prior to billing.
• Analyze reasons for refusals and propose mitigation actions.
