• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with sales at store counter.
• Assist Outside sales team via supporting sales related requests.
• Order and Data entry including quotes, shipping, tendering, and information updates in computer system.
• Respond to customer phone and e-mail inquiries.
• Helps branch restock and order fulfillment by assisting with inventory check-in, stock, sorting, and shipping functions.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide resolution.
• Check on customer’s order status and provide updates.
• Identify customer needs and provide product solutions.
• Responsible for showroom appearance - keep showroom clean and organized.
• Support the service department as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Assist with warehouse inventory.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Receiving orders.
• Pulling orders and preparing items for shipmentPutting up stock
