Job summary

Brother USA is hiring an Associate, Customer Service to provide high-quality support for inbound pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, delivering prompt, accurate responses and collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

This hybrid role allows remote work up to two days per week; base pay is $25.00–$28.00 hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound inquiries and provide prompt responses.
• Process quotes and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
