Brother International Corporation seeks a Customer Care Escalations Associate to handle escalated issues across product categories with a focus on timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction. The role supports multiple business units and collaborates with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.

The position is hybrid, with remote days available up to two per week. A minimum 3 years in customer service is required, and Spanish is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma (or G.E.D.).
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, esp. escalations or complex cases.
• Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of care for escalated customer issues across all product categories, resolving inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage customer cases from initiation to resolution using case management tools with timely follow-up and documentation.
• Assist with order entry/tracking and provide updates, product, pricing, and service information.
