A Team Home Services is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Hutto, TX. This hybrid role combines phone-heavy service with scheduling, follow-up, and proactive problem solving to create exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work from home most days, with required in-person training and occasional office visits; candidates must live within about an hour of Hutto to report to the office as needed. Monday–Friday shift ensures stable hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional customer service experience.
• 1+ year of hybrid or work-from-home experience.
• Experience scheduling customer appointments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by phone, text, email, and other channels.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments based on needs and technician availability.
