Uxbridge Employment is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative for a permanent, full-time role in the UK. The position offers a hybrid working pattern with regular office attendance, Monday to Friday, and a salary of £26,000–£30,000 per annum plus a performance-related bonus.

The role combines customer service, sales support and administration, taking ownership of customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a commercial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence writing professional emails and customer correspondence.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Good IT skills and experience using business systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support by telephone and email.
• Process customer orders, enquiries and sales support requests accurately.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds and after-sales enquiries.
• Resolve customer issues with practical solutions.
• Handle complaints while maintaining customer relationships.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments.
• Keep customers updated on orders and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues and support service improvements.
• Prepare clear, professional written correspondence.
• Assist with general administration and wider customer service activities.
