Job summary

Uxbridge Employment in Slough, Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Customer and Sales Support Advisor to join a premium products business. This role focuses on handling inbound inquiries from business customers, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell while maintaining exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will support outbound campaigns, manage accounts, generate sales analyses, and work to rebuild relationships with lapsed customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from business customers and existing clients.
• Manage customer accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Produce sales analysis reports.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers.
• Contact lapsed accounts to rebuild relationships.
• Promote promotional stock through focused outbound calls.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service and answer queries.
• Upsell promotional and new products where appropriate.
• Perform general administration duties.
