Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for Queenstown, ZA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and possesses strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
