Job summary

Brother offers a Customer Service Development Program that starts you as a Development Associate, shadowing teams and training to handle customer inquiries using Brother products and systems. After 6–9 months you’re eligible for a promotion to Senior Associate, gaining more responsibilities while continuing to learn and grow within the team.

With two promotions planned over 12–18 months, the program includes two commensurate raises, access to online courses, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience with direct customer interaction in any setting.
• Passionate about solving customer issues and making them feel heard.
• Comfortable using computers, search engines, email, and common service tools.
