Lenze Americas in Uxbridge, MA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide high-quality support by phone and email, process quotes and orders, track shipments, and document interactions in the CRM.

The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) with compensation of $25.00–$31.00 per hour. Requires a high school diploma, proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP/ERP experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Excel, Word, Outlook and internet tools.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Creative problem-solver with customer-focused solutions.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Collaborative team player with accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Proactive in following up on outstanding actions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, change requests and inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain data in internal systems such as SAP per procedures.
• Address customer concerns using established protocols and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Management and Technical Support for timely solutions.
• Engage in training and use resources to improve support quality.
