Job summary

Citi Ukraine is seeking a Customer Service Analyst (maternity cover) to support the Customer Service team with documentation processing, resolutions, and compliance. The role focuses on handling customer documents, registrations, and timely communication while ensuring risk controls are followed.

Responsibilities include document preparation, notifications, signature verification, and coordination with internal teams to meet customer requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and customer service is a plus.
• Communicative English language skills.
• Proven investigative, analytical and risk management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service with focus on building client relationships.
• Ability to present concepts and influence/lead change.

Responsibilities

• Accept, register, and distribute customer documentation internally.
• Prepare customer notifications and audit certificates upon requests.
• Verify signatures and perform authority checks on documentation.
• Prepare duplicates of account statements, payment orders and other documents.
• Provide information on charges to be withdrawn from customers.
• Distribute documents by post and courier services.
• Receive and register customer instructions; support reconciliation.
• Conduct analyses to address client needs and assess risk in decisions.
