Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Customer Records Specialist to maintain and update customer data in our internal database. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to ensure accurate, up-to-date records for customers worldwide.

You will activate/deactivate accounts and verify addresses and phone numbers through internet searches and calls, handling special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on phones while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Able to work independently after training on a task.
• Calm with good communication skills.
• College courses/degree a plus, but not required.
• Detail-oriented and a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• PC skills including typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer files in the internal customer database.
• Interface with Sales and Customer Support to keep data current for worldwide customers.
• Activate and deactivate customers and verify addresses and phone numbers via internet searches and calls.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
