Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Research, Data & Analytics, CX or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in customer experience research, marketing research, or similar field.
• Qualtrics experience highly desired; managing external research vendors/panels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design research projects with stakeholders to scope activities.
• Design, develop and analyze surveys for field representatives, clients, and employees.
• Build self-service dashboards to share insights (Qualtrics preferred).
• Balance statistical analysis with timely, actionable insights for leadership.
• Identify new research opportunities addressing customer pain points.
• Drive adoption of research insights across business units and leadership.
