Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process intermediate-level transactions including money movements and account maintenance updates.
• Serve as primary contact for routine and moderately complex inquiries from advisers and internal departments investigating and resolving processing discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure all processed documentation is complete and compliant with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining meticulous records.
• Manage assigned daily workflows efficiently, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and contribute ideas for improving operational processes.
• The manager may delegate tasks to the analyst, such as preparing and working on exception reports, quality review of processing, etc.
