Job summary

NES Fircroft in Houston, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Associate I (Customer Support Specialist) on a hybrid contract basis to support order management and customer service operations. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service for customers.

You will manage orders, monitor inventory, update ERP data, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, order management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and MS Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and export order fulfillment for assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customer order inquiries and issues.
• Process customer orders, revisions, and fulfillment requests accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate product transportation and delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, transportation, and other internal teams.
• Communicate shipment schedules, delivery updates, and order status information.
• Maintain and update order fulfillment data within ERP and related systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects.
• Analyze data and identify solutions to operational and customer service challenges.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
