Job summary

Fossil Group in Richardson, TX is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to manage order fulfillment for Fossil and licensed brands. You will coordinate with sales, planning, logistics, product, vendor compliance, and accounting to ensure on-time shipping and accurate orders.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or order management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with SAP AFS S/D, AS400, or PKMS. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, wholesale support, or order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic retail math.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-priority management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with internal departments to ensure order accuracy, resolve fulfillment roadblocks, and support timely shipping.
• Analyze daily reports to verify that customer purchase orders are allocated, shipped, and delivered based on customer guidelines.
• Partner with planners to allocate customer sales orders as required.
• Enter customer sales orders and execute key transactions daily within SAP AFS Sales & Distribution module.
• Act as a subject matter expert for order fulfillment processes and train new and existing team members.
• Participate in ad-hoc sales support and operational improvement projects as needed.
