Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or similar.
- Experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Customer focused and a real team player with empathy.
- Flexible, proactive approach with a results orientation.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Interest in automation and AI is a plus.
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders, respond to inquiries, and handle customer claims.
- Provide product information and support quotation activities for project customers.
