Job summary

TRUECar is seeking a Customer Experience Associate - Contractor to support dealers and customers across phone, email, text and chat. The role emphasizes investigative, unbiased decision-making and delivering high-quality resolutions.

The position is temporary/contract, with a 11:00 am–8:00 pm CST shift, in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the SW Austin location, and opportunities for hybrid work as described.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Fast-paced, highly accountable work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and adhere to 11:00–20:00 CST shift.
• In-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays; SW Austin location.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound requests via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Ensure data integrity of customer records for personalization.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and resolve cases.
• Provide real-time feedback on frontline communications to identify trends.
